Wax Thermal Transfer Ribbon
Basically there are three types of thermal transfer ribbons viz wax, wax /resin and resin. Each type has a range of subtypes like Economy , Premium Ribbons... Thermal Transfer Printing is done with two type of print heads Flat-Type print heads and Near Edge (True Edge , Corner Edge) print heads. Ribbons used for these two thermal transfer printing technologies are different though the types may be the same.
Resin Thermal transfer ribbon ---Application: Jewelry industry, medicine industry, machine label, etc.
Recommended media: PP/PE/PET/PVC
Resin ribbon is garantie of very good printing quality and is possible to choose from wide range already slitted rolls for different types of thermal transfer printers with flat heads.
Wax Thermal transfer ribbon is suitable for printers with flat head which are for example printers as Avery, Novexx, Zebra, Datamax, Intermec, Citizen, Sato,Tec, TSC and others.
